Small Steps retreats will offer you an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and so much more. They will give you the chance to bond with others, engage with yourself, and find your truest desires while focusing on living the life you truly deserve and the life that God created for you.

All retreats will include time for personal reflection, materials and sessions on a given topic, presentations, and a time to meet in small groups and one on one.

All retreat offerings will give participants the time and tools needed to live more authentic, loving, and happy lives. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and ready. The retreats are spiritual in nature and will often have various activities or themes from a range of religious traditions. Liz is a practicing Catholic who finds the Church to be home (similar to the home she grew up in — lots of really awesome things that are lifegiving and some pretty ridiculous things that she wishes were not a part of it).
