Laughter rocks. It just does. It’s contagious, it’s healing, and it’s hard to be mad while you’re laughing. I’d bet it’s impossible in fact.
To test it out recently Vincent was cranky and Chris tickled him and while some people disagree, some people freaking LOVE this. I’d be on this side of people who hate being tickled (consider yourselves warned;) but my kids they love it, they beg us to do it and they laugh their heads off. So that was the scene in our bed one morning. And every time Chris tickled him he’d laugh. Then when he’d stop Vincent would have to really force himself to be mad again.
And I don’t know about you but that’s plenty of scientific evidence for me ;). It’s hard to be mad while you’re laughing and being mad sucks and laughing rocks.
So laugh on, people!

- Talking to my friends or my sisters who have similar senses of humor to me always works, but I probably shouldn’t give you their number without their permission. I bet you’ve got a funny friend, heck I’m not exactly a comedian but even I can give you a chuckle, so feel free to send me an email.
- The internet is a beautiful place to find ridiculously funny things. I love these someecards. I can always find a few gems here.
- Get super silly with your kids or borrow someone else’s kids and take them out (that person will also love you forever, added bonus.)
- Watch a ridiculously funny movie, there are so many out there some of my favorites are The Heat and Bridesmaids (I adore Melissa McCarthy.)
