I feel like if I take a minute to sit down, take a deep breath, and answer the question “Liz, what do you REALLY want?” The answer seems simple. To be happy. Simple, right? Well not so much. But it looks like I’m onto something, that old happiness thing. It also looks like I’m not the only one who feels that way.
I just recently learned about this new app and website Happier. The founder Nataly Krogan did her own research on her own quest to be happy and turns out there’s some great scientific proof that noticing the little happy moments in your day, in fact, make you happier! Who would’ve thought of that?!

I’m totally inspired by Nataly’s work and Happier. I hope you are, too. I downloaded the app and I’ve been loving taking pictures and sharing my happy on there! It’s really motivating me to notice the little moments. That is something I generally
